We have a pervert on the loose!!! The phantum butt toucher has struck again!! This time he found an unsuspecting victim that was enjoying a pleasant chat with her associates. I dont know how he caught a glimps of her butt, but........ he managed to find it and took advantage of the situation. Look at the grin an this guys face!!! What a menace to plus sized women!!!
